ROADBLOCKS
With exposure to technologies students are being able to develop skills which will enable them to keep up with technologies and prepare them for employment. However, many of the teachers didn’t like the use of the personal computers for a number of reasons: (Mdlongwa, 2012)
- their lack of confidence in technology
- feeling of inadequacy when a student had more technological knowledge than what they had
- feeling of pressure as the teachers were forced to keep more up to date with changing technologies
- lack of control on the students with their ability to access other materials and non school related applications whilst in the classroom Reference:(Martin, 2016)
